just got my 4th gen

so i have been trying to find a decent 4th gen for sometime since i decided that the 5th gen wouldnt be a good idea in my position right now. so i had a cherry fall into my lap an 02 z28, only 24k miles on it leather interior looks brand new, and the paint is flawless. i could not be happier with the car, i plan on changing it to a 35th ann. LE clone though. here are some pics

VERY NICE!!! ...dude...and you are going to LOVE the SLP Loudmouth! I know...had the 02 Z28 w/ same set up. BUT, you MUST get the y-pipe with it. Heck, toss in a CAI, K&N, and SLP lid and you'll be set! Ran a 12.74 w/ those simple mods in my 6 spd. You are going to love it...JUST LOVE IT.

Darn good deal, bro. Very happy for you!

Oh...the Berger mod. I know a few who have had them painted. It's so simple to take off the back panel...done it to my SS when wiring some stuff. VERY easy. There's a write up on it over at Z28.com by ....patrick? Phantompooper?...Rocket? .....mmmm....trying to remember. Do a search and you'll find that they will run you through the entire set up.
http://www.z28.com/forum/showthread....ght=Berger+mod
http://www.z28.com/forum/showthread....ghlight=berger Ryatts thread
Do an advanced search there with "Berger" in the title and you will get 3 pages of Berger threads. Seriously....gobs of info there.

I was thinking, have you considered keeping the exterior "stock"?

The reason I ask is, you don't see many nice 4th Gen. Z28's running around.

If that Z were mine, I'd seriously consider leaving the exterior/interior "stock", while performing mods. to improve performance.
