My 90 corvette sits out side, because we have other cars that sit in our two car garage.
Well my son went out side after dark, & noticed that a light was on under my vette. that was odd because I had not driven my vette for a couple months, since I have a service ride light on.
anywho, We went out & looked & sure enough the light kept coming on & off, husband got down & checked, there is a spare tire under my vette & there is a light down there, Is there ANYWay of shutting that light off?

in case you get a flat tire? the spare tire on the C4 vette was between the mufflers under the car just like in a truck or SUV but it had a cover over it so it was not exposed like the ones on trucks and SUVs. but I did not know they had a light under there unless it was there so you could see it in the dark in case you had to swap out the flat tire in the dark?

i assume there is a switch that the tire pushes on to disable the light.

nope it comes on when you open the car doors
