Caliper cover install

Some say you don't need to remove the rims to install this? Any thought or advise?

Pics......are you installing the mgp caliper covers? I just took mine off......not really worth the money. Should have put that money towards powdercoating the calipers. Yes you do have to take the wheel off to install.

I was able to slide my MGP's in sideways and attach them on my 45th.

Curious, what does powder coating run for calipers? I only paid about $150 last year for my covers. If coating is that cheap I may think about taking them off and do the powder coating too.

Check out www.mikethepowdercoater.com

No prices on the site.....I think he charges $30 Shipping and $300 for the powdercoating with brembo decals. Worth it to me. Depends how much you wanna spend

$40 for the G2 paint kit and about $15 for the Brembo stickers. Holds up great. I had the caliper cover and took them off because I didn't want to hide the Brembos. One advantage to the caliper covers is that they do keep the brake dust down a bit.
My advice is either G2 paint kit or powder coat.

Yes I was planning to purchase them. I don't have brembos like yours so I think this caliper is a good upgrade to cover up the stock one for v6.

If you don't have Brembo's, definitely go with the caliper covers.
I would suggest taking the tires off one at a time for the install. It takes a little tinkering around to get the right fit.
