Carlyle 15 inch kit Probs

This is ridiculous. Wheel is touching in 4 or 5 places by 1/16-1/8. I was able to grind back everything including brake line bracket. The last thing is the calipers. They are touching by 3/16 and don't want to grind that much. Anybody else run into this with racestar 15" wheels?

I just installed the kit with some 15" Weld wheels. Some stuff was rubbing a little bit with the car jacked up and the suspension just hanging there.
When the car was lowered down and the weight put on the wheels, everything cleared fine.
I also ground the brake line bracket for more clearance, and touched it up with black paint.

I was disappointed with the 15 "carlyle kit. This kit is definitely not a real 15" conversion, it only accepts weld wheels with 5gen camaro specification. it does not clean other wheels. we have to get stuck only on wheels for 5gen

what I had to do is add a 3/16 spacer and longer wheel studs, and works fine now

ARP studs part # 100-7703
I bought some 1/2" Monster Lug nuts for my street tires, and they look pretty good.

This makes me glad I built my own kit
I used their brakes and you can't put wheel weights on the inside of the wheels because the caliper hits them.
I had to beed balance them.

What components did you use to do the conversion?

2010_camaro, I'm interested as well. I need to get my 15 inch setup done.
