You know for what ever reason the Canadian rail strike did not effect the shipment of my car into the US. Maybe it came down on an alternate Rail company. I did see in the news though that as of Monday the rail workers were being forced back to work and they were to report back to work today.

My car is at the interchange in IL as of 12:02 pm...... If could of picked it up I would have my 1500 miles on it already ;-)

I hear ya. I am not so sure its a good thing to be able to track its slow process across the US. Now i wonder how to track it now that it is off the train? Will gm connects go back to following it?

ok i got my answer. Yes GM connects does still track it. 4800 this morning and it said car unloaded from train

No it will probably be next week as well. That is ok though because i am working this weekend. I am betting on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. that will give my dealer time to get everything done on it. We have waited this long, what is another few days
