FAST Intake Manifold Input Please

Anyone using one on a mildly modified engine. I have an LS3 with OBX headers, no cats, axle back exhaust, and Airaid intake. Would one of these manifolds have any noticeable improvement without internal mods?? Thanks for any advice.

These have been discussed quite a bit. These are just a few of the hits.

I feel they are useless on a basically stock car when you consider how much they cost. I do have one on my LS1 vette but that's because the factory manifold is garbage, but your oem ls3 is a very good unit and we have seen great gains with our port job.

axis...you found some I had never read and I searched this a lot. LOL
If I can find one nicely used, I will try it for grins on mine once its pullied down. I think on a centri car the stock TB with a velocity ring into the FAST 102 is the ticket. velocity stays as is and has more intake displacement.

Yes the velocity ring with the VMax ported TB is a great combo.....and we have the velocity rings in stock if needed.

I've never really seen a definitive LS3 vs FAST dyno comparo, I'd be curious.

As for the LS1 and LS2 stuff, the FAST manifolds are a clear improvement. Not so sure with LS3 stuff.

^^ This.....

We've lost some low end tq on some applications using this but if you're FI and hitting 600 and up, might make more sense to invest in one.

Just don't put much more than 15psi to it......

Look at the Holley or custom sheetmetal unit if you go that far. GL!

I'd ditch the airaid for a rotofab though.
