Greatest sounding V6

What are some of your opinions? What is the greatest sounding V6 you've ever heard? How will the Camaro V6 sound compared to the CTS ? Will it have it's own exhaust note?

hands down the 350z or g35. those are the nicest sounding 6 cylinders of all time.

Yeah...gonna have to say RB26DETT in the Skylines (R32, 33 and 34) are about the best sounding 6 cylinders I've ever heard!

If I had to go American....Buick Grand National.

I cannot believe it, not a single person has gotten it right yet. Forget Nissan, or VW, or anybody else for that matter....because they are all chasing the same auto maker when it comes to V6 sound. Alfa Romeo makes a V6 that sounds phenomenal, magical even, and your new V6 in the Camaro is a kissing cousin to Alfa's newest V6. Perhaps you guys can find a way to get the same kind of sound the Italians do...but it might sound a bit odd coming from a Camaro.

Call me crazy, but I think the old Cavalier Z24s (90s) had a pretty sick sound for a smaller engine. I was trying to find a video posted online somewhere with the stock exhaust, but no luck. Here are a couple with aftermarket exhausts.

I love the sound of my 135i .. not a V6, but a 6 cylinder though. Stock it really sounded sweet when I got on it .. with the aftermarket exhaust, it is that much better!
