Steering Wheel Volume Down changes radio station?

Is anyone else have an intermittent issue when turning down the volume using the steering wheel volume control and have it change your radio station? It may have even changed my band once.

I don’t plan to have the dealer look at this yet because it’s not that big of an issue and do not want anyone taking apart my wheel or dash.

It has happened to me as well. I think that it is operator error rather than an electrical glitch.

i haven't had this particular problem, but sometimes when i press the volume button it doesn't do anything. I just keep hitting it and it works then lol.

Happened a couple of times when I first got the car. I figured it was do to operator error since it hasn't happened lately. I must have gotten used to it.

It's happened to me a couple of times. Seems to change to the next preset. Did it while listening to XM.

Yes it seems to happen mostly when listening to XM but not sure that is the only time. It does it intermittently I can never duplicate the issue. I know it's not operator error because there is no way to make it happen, it just happens occasionally when I press volume down.

Not a big deal really just weird.
