Added some footwell lighting - Page 2

control is in the center arm rest compartment.

I have 2 in each footwell up front and one under each front seat towards the rear that light up the rear floor.

I have a 2LT but should be the same for all trim and engine types.

Where is this plug found? Same place as the 5th Gen...behind the gas pedal??

These are cool as hell, but I noticed that they are tubes. What's the diameter of the tubes? Are they slim or bulky where they will be seen if I tilt my head to look under the dash? Most footwell lights these days are slim-design LED's where they can barely be seen.

They are located by the hood release latch.

did you ever end up doing an install video? i really need some help before buying it. i know where the plugs are but idk how to connect the lights and what to use to connect it.

We have a footwell kit that attaches to the interior lighting/dome light. The lights come on/off when you open or close the doors. Everything is cut to length and covered with loom for a factory appearance. We also include instructions on where to connect. It is a lot easier on a 6th gen than other Camaros. There is a panel under the dash that can be accessed without removing anything. Pic above in this thread is correct, just 2 connections (power and ground).
