ZL1 calipers and 'Spring Edition' wheels? Anyone know if they fit?
I have a '14 Spring Edition and I am wondering if the ZL1 calipers will fit.
Hoping maybe someone else has tried it and knows for sure... Similar to other special editions (ie. Dusk, or Emerald Green) these cars come with the 21" "split spoke" wheels, where the "factory" set up is 21x9.5 rears, 21x8.5 fronts. I 'believe' the offsets are 43mm and 38mm respectively, if anyone can confirm this, please let me know. NOTE that I have the 21x9.5 wheels ALL around. My understanding is that the specs on the ZL1 wheels is: Front:20x10, 22mm offset, and Rear: 20x11, 39mm offset (or 43mm? not 100% sure). I have seen wording with these wheels "Not for ZL1...", yet I am wondering if having the 9.5" wheel up front will allow the ZL1 calipers to fit. I realize I can take one of my wheels and try fitting on a friends ZL1 (which I suspect is the only way I'm going to find out for sure), but figured I'd check in the remote chance someone else has tried this.
