Range install with switched cord

range module and switched cord

simply plugs in and runs behind plastic trim:

range runs down side with switch, male velcro just holds it against carpet.

the connector cord:

advantages of the cord - it can be easily removed for service visits and car sale. Nothing stuffed under dash. Allows you to turn off the range so it does not drain, no wearing out the connectors for plugging in/out numerous times.

Not concerned about it being elegant, I’m the only one in the car. But there is room to stuff it underneath if you want.
