Hey guys,
So my little brother has a 2011 2LT and I'm wanting to do a full mod set up for his bday. I'm thinking flowmaster axle back, x-pipe, long tube headers, vararam and tune. Any idea on RWHP?

I've seen BBK's LT give 33hp, VR RAI is suppose to be like 20+hp, Trifecta just discovered a new total of 13hp tune. Not much from the axle back other than basically weight loss of about 25lbs. Not to sure about the X- pipe. But I'm guessing something like 70hp+ to the wheels. Correct me if I'm wrong anyone!

BBK has a aluminum 2 1/2" exhaust piping with a X pipe built in that runs like $266 (i'm thinking bout getting it) which will go nice with the LT's. And that's even more weight off the car and more free flowing. So that 70hp+ may change alot!

You cant just add gains from individual mods, doesn't work that way. Or there would be 300+ RWHP cars, and that's not the case. It would be closer to a 25-30 RWHP gain.

That would be sweet, but I haven't heard of anyone breaking the 300 rwhp mark yet, without N20 or FI. If the V6 usually dynos around 250 rwhp, 70+ would put him at 320 rwhp. That's probably a bit optimistic. He'll see some nice gains for sure, though.

Nice.

You'll be doing that backwards. You'll want the intake first so you can datalog and have Vince fine tune for this intake. You could tell him you have one coming and he may be able to prepare the tune for it, but with no official vararam intakes out there I don't know if he has a tune prepped for it. They've took their time.
