15k is nothing.

If you have about 25k then you can get make a 600rwhp+ car that can stick power to ground.

Naw 600 is fairly cheap to get.
And suspension is cheap as well at that point.

Above that stuff gets real pricy

i could make mine a dedicated track car for that.....heads cam all boltons and complete suspensions...i mean everything in the suspension plus driveshaft and lightweight weels and cts brake upgrade with light weight 2 piece rotors. doing most the work myself besides tune heads and cam

Are you kidding me?

15K will put 600hp down to the ground easy, including suspension.

25K would put 1000hp down with everything.
