12.63@112.33...

2011 SS M6. Only mods were my shops custom made air intake and cat deletes and my tune. 60ft was a weak 2.02 . It was only my 2nd time at the track with this car. With a better 60ft the car will be low 12's, i thought it was decent cosidering it has minimal mods.

Good time! Why do you think a 2.02 60ft was bad???? That is a good 60ft with a M6 especially if you ran on street tires. You won't get a low 12 with those mods. Maybe a 12.5 at best.

I know that a 2.02 isnt horrible for a near stock car on stock tires but im use to 60fts in the 1.5 range on manual transmission cars i have owned. Im hoping with a drag radials i can maybe get in the 1.8 range with this car. Every tenth saved in the 60ft is 2 tenths in the 1/4 mile so with a better 60ft im thinking atleast a 12.4 is possible.

Yea i know what you mean, i was really hoping to just be under the 2.0 60ft mark but no luck that night. I wish these cars came with a more agressive rear end gear, oh well i guess its time to mod up!

Keep working on the 60' and 12.4's are possible. My best on stock Pirelli's is a 1.87. With good air this winter, I think you can do it. Low 12's might be a stretch on the stock tires.
