So guys tell me how you would have handled this today. I was out and about and saw a yellow Yenko parked in front of my local Starbucks. I also noticed the spot next to it was open. I was like... "photo-op" time. I parked quickly. stepped back to take a photo and this guy was like "hey dont take a picture of my car!" I was like. "I didnt know I needed permission, I'm taking a photo of mine, yours just happens to be in the frame." I snapped the photo with the phone then the guy promptly grabbed for my phone. I then put the phone in my pocket and the guy reached for it again... in my pocket. I told him to get his hands away from me. He kept arguing for me to delete it and said "I'll take that phone from you." Now I know this is a felony if I were to intimidate with it physically, but I said "I wouldn't lay a hand on me sir if you know what's good for you" while I flashed him my AZ Concealed Weapons permit card and patted my right-rear side under my shirt where my handgun normally goes. The guy called me a pr!ck then went back to his coffee. I mean I know the rules as far as what to cross and what not to cross but man all this over a photo? Now I know why the guy was anal enough to have a lock on his front tire and sit a whole 15 feet away from the car... Here is the pic. Enjoy !

Anal...ok, that's one thing. But telling you "Hey don't take a picture of my car" is just goofy. It's not like taking a picture makes the car worth less money or makes the wax fall off. Good grief!!!! What a jerk!!!!

He stepped over the line when he started to grab for your phone. I'm not to sure what I would have done in the same situation. One thing I do know, his hand would have never touched my phone.

I don't know the laws in Arizona, but generally speaking, if you are legally allowed to be standing where you are and you can see it, you can take a picture of it.

that is one of the most messed up things i ever herd. No lie what a D-Bag he crossed the line if he had grab you. You have ever right for self defence. How dare he do that type of crap over a photo really?
