Any zl1 in panamacity to pensacola fl? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Just looking for a friendly run with a ZL1. Plus wouldnt mind checking one out

. I have a 2009 gt500 with the usual mods 2.6/cai/tune. afco h/e. It should be a close run. I just really would like to get a video and put it up on a couple forums cause no one has yet. I know seems kinda stupid to want the first video, but i think it would be pretty cool. I would put it on you tube also. Win or lose, just want a friendly encounter. I was signed up for the carrabelle florida 1/2 mile run but had to take my car out for personal reasons. A zl1 took my spot. Which is kinda depressing cause i wanna run one. Anyways take it easy guys. Will go to any 1/8th mile tracks or drive to a 1/4 if one wanted.

Good luck with that. You'll probably have a better chance of getting them to meet you at a road course versus a drag strip. Look at it this way, in the off chance you were to actually beat the ZL1, would you want to be the first ZL1 owner plastered all over the Internet being owned by a pre-2013 GT500?

with his mods, if he can drive he has a very slim chance of losing.

I thought it would be a close run is all... I was gonna post it because everyday i check youtube looking for a video and nothing. I just figured if anyone wanted to have fun we could that is all..

Of course at the same time im sure everyone still breaking their cars in so might be a little while before this actually goes down with someone.

No ZL1 but I will say I love the PCB area favorite place for a middle class American vacation. Fun and relaxing just don't go during spring break.

ya no joke on spring break man. The traffic DRIVES ME NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I drive backroads everywhere when im going to work. I barely even take my car out because of so many accidents.

Is it a ZL1? ive been smoked before by different cars so in no means care to be smoked by a 700rwhp camaro cause its happened before. I am just looking for a nice race and to be the first with a video would be awesome on youtube. I am literally dieing that no one has really put crap up on there with the new zl1! I am pretty sure by two weeks someone has but If you are here in two weeks i would love to check one out for sure.

they have to be broken in properly...I would say a couple weeks before stories start coming in....I was just ribbing you about racing me....street racing is frowned upon anyways

My bro has a GT 5.0 with boss 302 intake parts and exhaust tuned....he's fast for na..I like that car. Ford did a good job with the new 5.0
