Again I appreciate you doing all of this for everybody. If you haven't already, you can count me in for this event. It sounds like way too much fun to miss out on!

I'm out there every 4th of July with my parents. My dad races a '63 MGB and now a '63 Elva Courier that he's been working on for a few years. I'm usually part of the pit and/or drinking crew, out enjoying the event.

If we can get a track day together specifically for PNWCC or a general group, I am more than willing to shell out $$$. My partner would love to have a go-round with his S4 as well and would also happily pay for the cause...

So a week day would run $3280.00 plus whatever corner workers would want Friday would be $4030.00 and a weekend day would be $5530.00

Right now tentative weekend date would be Sept. 24 or there is a super Chevy show the last weekend of August that we could do either wed or Thurs and make it a mini vacation and have some folks stay over for the super chevy show.

The track liked the idea of doing it before the chevy show but its up to the people here what they want to do or not.

during the week 20 cars/ $3280.00 = $165.00 25 cars $135.00
Fri 20 cars/$4030.00 = $202.00 25 cars $162.00
Sat Sun 20 cars/$5530.00 = $277.00 25 cars $222.00

So I am throwing this out for feelers obviously the more cars the cheaper but possible less track time 30 -40 cars would be max I think to get in some good quality time and lots of laps the new configuration will be around a 2.2 mile circuit. I would need at least 20 people say lets do it for sure to put some money down for the reservation.
If we got enough cars to keep it in the 200-250 range (or lower), I think I'd want to do this.

This is the Spokane track, AFter talking to the Track the cost is $180.00 for 20 cars Rather than move the price up and down I have decided that I will limit it to 20-25 cars and any money over shall be donated to the MS & MDA split evenly. The fewer cars 20 breaks even: 1 car over $90.00 to each charity 5 cars over $450.00 to each charity. I am working with the MDA in Spokane to see if they can help with some stuff more to follow on that. Once I am done with the Tech forms I will post the Spokane Track Day sign up in the NW section. Thanks August 18, 2011 is the date secured at the Track yes it is a Thursday but for those that want to hang around Friday I have some local roads picked out for a cruise that shouldn't disapoint

I'm interested in going, however it looks like I'm going to have to take time off from work to do this on a weekday. I'd have preferred a weekend.

What time are we starting on the 18th? Also, are there any good car washes around the track? I'll be coming from about 3 hours away so I'll want to wash the bug grime off the car when I get there.

I probably will be...If I take time off, it might be for 2-3 days, and I'd likely find a way to do both. 18th is on a Thursday anyways, so that'll still leave time to get back and do Camaro's in the Sand. It's also my birthday
