I wouldn't first putting too many miles will drive the value of the car down and second the gas would be too expensive.

Only two reasons why mine will not be a daily drive 1) It's black and impossible to keep clean and 2) We have snow. If I lived in an Cali and had another color I'd be all about daily driving. My DD is a 2005 Titan 4X4 off road and towing package. It gets much less MPG even when you factor in the diff. between the grades of gas.

If gas money isn't a problem, it's a great daily

It's the best daily driver! Better than shelby it has been rated! If I could even afford that car I would drive it everyday. But I'm looking at 2007 Z06's, not that I can afford one now. But who's to say it won't be later

In tour mode it rides better than an SS. It also does really well in the rain. The tires are going to be one of the biggest expenses in owning the car since I doubt they'll last very long being a soft compound super car tire. Also, they aren't supposed to be driven in temps below 40. Overall, it's still a Camaro with a supercharger and a wonderful suspension, so of course it's a great daily driver if you can afford the car, gas, tires, insurance, and depreciation.

best DD i could think of. I'd rather have this as a DD than the 08 vette i traded in for the ZL1. Camaro has more clearance (have not scraped yet), more power, better handling and ride.

My ZL1 is my daily driver now and will be for the forseeable future. I have a set of SS wheels that I will put all season tires on for the winter here in Philly. I know it will kill resale value, but that's not what I bought it for. Any way I got my 68 Camaro for a toy.
