screw that my dealer here in pembroke pines was str8 with my exhaust when my motor blew!

If anything, the VR should make your car sound better while on the road (under a load). It certainly made an easily noticeable difference over my AirRaid intake.

Just make sure you give your car time to re-learn the VR, and also make sure you get that thing installed right. Yes I know...how hard can it be? Well it isn't...but what I mean by that is after you take it out for a drive, check the air-inlet clearance to be sure the intake isn't moving and closing the gap. (you should have a gap rougly the size of your key fob if not a big bigger). If you get back and find the gap is closing, then you need to make some changes. Usually this means you just need to shave down the radiator brackets more.

Once you find the gap isn't closing up after you drive...your golden. You may not notice much if any different in power when your creeping along, but it should feel strong on the highway when doing 3rd gear pulls.

Didn't mean to worry ya lol. Just know that you will be happy with the Vararam . I felt no loss of performance...just an overall improvement.
