Both are sweet cars.

Don't take this wrong, I love Vette's and thinking of buying one, but a Vette is yesterdays news, body outdated, more run of the mill, waiting to see he new body style. The Camaro is fresh, gets loads of attention and looks pretty darn retro.

OK, first off the vette only has 2000 miles on it because it belonged to my father and it didnt go out when its cloudy. Like my father I am going to pass this to my my 4 year old when he gets old enough to appreciate it. For those of you that make comments about driving it....dont take this the wrong way....but its my car.

Now for the show....I've never been to this one before but saw the sign while driving home. So I get there early and the first thing I notice is a lack of organization. Not a big deal as many shows are run like that. So I go to pull in and the guy wants me to park bumper to bumper with the car in front of me and so close to the car next to me that you cannot open the door all the way to the first stop. Too make matters worse I see rain clouds coming down the lake shore.

So I politely thank the guy and tell him that I have decided not to stay. I drive the 1.5 miles home get in the garage and about 20 minutes later....thunderstorm.

So I guess it was an epic fail of a night but there are more shows soon. Thanks to all for the nice comments on the cars. I'd have taken the Camaro even if it is a V6. It doesnt bother me when somebody who doesnt know what I have in the garage makes a comment about it being a V6. He is probably going home in his Focus anyway.

take the Camaro, keep the miles low on the Corvette, my 2010 Camaro has 750 miles on it, like you said it is my car and if people want to complain about how much we drive our cars then they can have fun with all that, lol

I was gonna post to watch out for storms but you had already left. Lots of wicked storms around here last night and tonight looks to be more of the same. Win, win situation with which one to chose. Can't go wrong either way.
