I know what CTS stands for but what does the V stand for.
It's not the only one in the series. The XLR and STS also have one.

Why oh Why?
Windshield=10" vertical
mirror= 3 7/8" (that's almost 4") vertical
that means that the mirror is 38.75% the size of the vertical windshield...
it sure seems like the ratio could be better... just sayin....

As an old gearhead, SS has and always will mean Super Sport to me, like it did back in the 60's and 70's, (and maybe a couple of times in the 80's)

But, there is no mention of "Super Sport" or "Rally Sport" in any official Chevy literature, is there? It's almost like, for the newbies/younger generation, it just means what it says, "SS". To us older guys, "Super Sport".

The 67-69 Chevelles actually had "Super Sport" badging on the rear quarter panel, didn't they?

The 69 and maybe the 68 just had SS. Somewhere around the 65, 66, 67 had the Super Sport written out.

Hmmm, "Super Sport" might look pretty cool on a '10 Camaro!
