I've got the ecs and it does not whine like your looking for, I do like the sound of the whistle and then you get the blowoff valve.. I love it

If your looking for A LOT of whine like the old Kenne bell mustangs then you want the Maggie with Cog drive. The New SLP TVS2300 does not have a cog option but it does have a nice whine. I know cause i have one.

From what I have heard, cog drive is hard on the blower and not the best setup for street use.

Maggie with cogs, or ECS kit with V-1 T trim. I had a V-1 T trim on my vette and I loved it.
