Looks like the fan is spinning in the wrong direction. It looks like it will pull air away from the manifold.

Yeah the fan was blowing backwards..lol
So if I put 4 of these in line would I get 20 lbs of boost... Any help would be appreciated.

All jokes aside, if you youtube electric supercharger, there is a longer video of the same product that actually shows the supercharger crush a soda can instantly with vacuum force. Don't underestimate the japanese, they will get the last laugh. I don't think it's crazy to see an electric supercharger that really works come out in the future. This is just the early guinea pig model.
