I know there had been some mention of this already but I could not find the thread. I am posting because I think it is very important if you ordered the RS package AND made any changes to your order. I also think it is definitely worth a re-post.

Someone posted that they made a change to their order and the RS package was deleted off without anyone noticing. Once his car was pulled for production, he could not add the RS package back and will be stuck without it. After reading this, I checked with my dealer because I had made an interior change. Sure enough, the RS package was gone from my order! Luckily, I was able to add it back on since my order was only 2500.

So, if you ordered the RS package AND made any change to your order, you should definitely check with your dealer or you may be disappointed. EVEN if you trust that your dealer would have caught this.

Your horse may be dead because you already know. If one person finds out this is the case with their order, it will be worth the extra post.

This is a case of your dealer screwing up. Not gm or some systematic problem.

I didn't change anything anyway....

No, Actually this was a problem in the GM system. I have changed orders via the computer AND via the dealer assistance operators, and looked at orders after a change, and the WRS option code dissappeared, or another option.

Point is, you need to know what was on your order before, and you NEED TO CONFIRM the order AFTERWARDS.

What should it say on the work bench to know that its on the order?

rs = wrs option.... Just make sure after you have the dealer do ANY change, have them print out the order, and CLOSELY review it for accuracy! Because that's how the car will gt built~!
