chip in fender and rust scare
I have this small deep chip on my fender (probably impact from a small pebble) but the chip is deep enough to expose the metal below the paint.i know all metal will rust eventually, but I don't want this to rust quicker because it's exposed. Is there anything I can put on this to prevent/slow the oxidation?

Yep langka or dr colorchip.
No need to repaint or anything. Wax is a very temporary solution.

Another temporary solution depending on the color is to color with a crayon (did this on my dad's black truck). The wax slows the rust process

Never before heard that one. That would have to be a last ditch effort, and even then I couldn't stand to do that lol.

All of the body panels are aluminum so rust shouldn't be a worry, but I'd get it touched up with Dr. Colorchip or Langka.
