Negative..all information should be discussed in open forum. Thats how he ripped off so many people before it came to the surface. Personally I could care less about the money..at least for my part. Im more interested in seeing charges filed. And there is NO business scenario that results in you taking peoples money and blatently lying about about buying their parts,sending refunds , etc..NO busness scenario at all..

Mark, I understand your passionate about this. Hell, I am too, but the reality is that, the chances of anything being done to him criminally is pretty slim. I think that's what snoman is trying to say, as obvious as it is, what has happened to everybody's cash.....The truth is, a good attorney can explain it away to paying bills and payroll, yadda yadda yadda. If the business is failing on the books, and its documented, then you need to do a hell of a lot more to get someone brought up on fraud charges, something other than taking someones money for parts, and not ordering them.

What about the people who ordered parts through FSP.....and FSP stated they were ordered and at the shop and when the time comes nothing has been ordered

Defamation of what, character.. I would assume you need some character first. This man clearly jas none to speak of. Why dont he sell some of those assetts to pay the people he robbed instead of shipping them off somewhere to hide. Now that would be character..

I understand you lost money and that pisses you off, I would be! But we dont know the full story, Im sure FSP didnt screw all these people over intentionally. Why would they throw away one of the best reputations in the business just for personal gain. Im sure a dramatic event caused such a thing. If you want you could take your vehicle to Hennessey, they will just strip your car for parts to sell and Hennessey isnt even going bankrupt. Im just saying that maybe we should ease up until the full story is told.
