Melling oil pump releif springs
About to bolt my new Melling oil pump on my 2010 SS L99. It cam with springs for different Oil pressures. Should I stick with the stock spring that it is installed with or use the green/yellow spring for +/- 8-10lbs pressure? NA car, cam, heads, CAI, LT headers/cat backs.

I would go with the higher pressure, especially if you race or track.

Figured it out. Depending on your max RPM it's installed with a 70psi or 7000 RPM max. You can go up to 8 with the green or down to 6 with the yellow.
