But you get the chance to make cool stuff!

When I was growing up the business my dad managed had a full machine shop. Mills, lathes, metal saws, bead blasters, etc... We used to spend a lot of time working on our ATV's and got a chance to see him custom make all kinds of parts.

I wish I had access to those machines/tools at this time in my life. :(
