1900 vs 2300 cc superchargers
I am a little uninformed about the differences in the superchargers on the ZL! and ZR1. What is the real difference between the two? Some people say that the ZL1 would have been better with the 2300cc, but what will that give you? More boost? More volume? Does the 1900cc starve at wide open throttle?

More volume, less heat generated for the same amount of boost. And higher boost potential.

If you don't turn the boost way up. It will make the same boost with less heat increase. So you could run a little bit more boost than with the 1900.
But I would forge everything if I spent the money for this upgrade and turn up the boost even more.

Here is a great comparison that we did
We built a ZR1 and then a ZL1 with same mods all the way down to the camshaft.
You be the judge: Before and After Mods to a 2012 ZR1 Befor and After Mods to a 2012 ZL1 |
