I agree...It's definitely a matter of taste and so easy to do it's worth a try to see if you like it. You can even leave the liner unfastened and go for a nice long cruise after doing it to see if it's what you like. Literally a five minute job to revert back.

It's a nice alternative to test before spending 1K plus on a catback

I bet the vert does transmit a lot more noise, you're pretty well insulated in the coupe I find.

I'm well over 50 and I don't even notice it. Likely because I went tone deaf from the HF cats and Borla S drone on my 2010 SS, lol.
