It is my car, but we like to take it on cruises as a family, so I need to be mindful of how obnoxious she's going to be. Stealth mode isn't all bad anyways.

Yup, I miss stealth mode. Maggie with no cog drive is what your looking for. Stealth mode until you get into it.

I'm hoping it's old new soon enough. That was the 1st pass of this year. 3/4 clutches were shot which you can hear on the shift and and the suspension wasn't tuned. Just using the Pfadt settings which my car was not happy with.

Forgive my ignorance. I'm a quick learner though. You ever go over to Rock Falls drag strip outside of Eau Claire, WI?
Yes it's Procharger, they are awesome!! Difference between noise, Roots and twin-screws have a "whine" to them at WOT and get louder when you pulley them down. Centri's are belt driven turbo's and they howl at idle (also gets louder when pullied down) and also have a wastegate which both can sound pretty damn cool

You'll hear a Centri a lot more than a roots or twin...Well I should take that back, maggies with rear cog can be pretty noisey too.

Sounds like a centri blower might be too much for me at this stage? I think it's frickin awesome that you guys are making yours into beasts, but I'm just hoping for another SOLID 100 ponies and a little whine to make me smile as I'm crushing a new 5.0! HA!! Simple pleasures.

You can flip a coin. Either style will work for you. Guys have been making great numbers with the ECS kits. No one tracks them but they make crazy rwhp.
