What's funny is if this happened in the U.S. the original guy with the rage likely would shot dead by the driver and the person attacked would have a video to prove he was protecting himself. he is lucky he lives over there..

I was trying to see what the outfall of this was, and really only read that they are still trying to locate the guy.

Interesting that the guy being interviewed apparently later admitted he had "stopped short"...so maybe he brake checked the guy earlier or something. People don't get that upset for no reason. Not that I'm advocating EVER following, trying to hit and crash into another car, etc. That's just douchebaggery at its finest.
