Maybe this is a heretical opinion, but I don't think the front plate bracket looks all that bad, and I'd just as soon not give the police any additional reasons to pull me over beyond being in a yellow Camaro.

Two 3" toggle bolts will do the trick to mount it without ruining the bumper cover
|
