Hate to say it but you should have asked this forum about the looks of the new car before making it. You are regresing in looks !!! Remember Gen 4 that killed your sales then. This is a pis poor revision of something that wasnt broke!!! I dont hear people screaming how much they like the new looks and how they are ready to trade in, what a new model is supposed to do.

I don't like jumping on the bandwagon but I have to agree with most I like mine more.

HOWEVER I do think the Z/28 looks exceptional, I am not sure why but the Z/28 just looks right, I like the side skirts, splitter, wing, and wheels especially.
I would have liked to have seen a 10-13 Z/28

I didn't know how they could possibly improve the look of the 5th Gen Camaro, and apparently they didn't know the answer to that either..

Good to see some more pics. Will be interested to see the full lineup and how they differ.

I'm loving the quad tip exhaust on the v6. I wonder if that's standard for if dual mode exhaust is going to be available on both engines. Or if the quad tip is included in the rs package on v6's.

To me what the '14 looks like is pretty much a non-issue, due to the fact we all already have a fifth gen...I think no matter what the '14 would have looked like, it wouldn't have been worth trading in for...

Like it or not, it's a new look...Newer than ours...New sells to new buyers.

Like Fred said, how the 6th Gen comes out will be more of an factor for all current owners....

It better be the square. Also would like to know which grill insert. Hope it's the same as the RS without the horizontal bar in the middle.

Prefer the look of the RS version without the Hood vent. The back end still looks bad. Glad I have my 2013

You are not in the minority. You are actually in the 90-95% of the people that DO like the car. You are only a minority in Camaro5.com or other Camaro enthusiast site.

That V6 is LOW. why is that? Its lower than my V6 for SURE and I'm pretty sure lower than the current SS is as well. So why is that? Is that car wearing some kind of new sport V6 suspension or are all Camaros going to be lower now?

My thoughts:

1) If they are all going to be lower...that is great!
2) SO HAPPY that the new V6 front fascia has a lower lip like the current SS has. Its something I've wished my V6 front end had since day one, but I never wanted the mailslot
3) The rest of it still does not impress me or grow on me at all. It looks too wide eyed in the front, fog lights are tiny, and the rear....well its the worst part.
4) The NPP exhaust looks great.
If you look close enough at the pictures, they have about 37 people packed inside that poor thing. That's why it's squatting like that.

Yea, the one on the truck (red) does not look anywhere near that low.

GM: What is the quickest and cheapest way to change the Camaro for 2014?
GM ENG: Just mold a new plastic front end and read end. Easy and cheap.
GM: Thats a great idea lets do it...

Make your comments, good and bad, because that is what the forum is for. But please keep in mind, life is good when you are a Camaro owner!!!
I don't remember anyone asking for much in the way out outside visual changes, and if they were, it wasn't this.

Guess that could be, but still makes me wonder if the 14s aren't slighly lower. My 2010 has large fender to tire gap.
