Street and track are 2 different things. Getting a death sway at 170mph on the street because front sway bar is gone isn't fun. Had a few customer wreck from it.
My cars that roll race run slicks on the rear doing races on regular roads. Those seam to hold ok at 1000+hp but have a good sway. Front sway bars still on.

Yea, its a street car. Handles fine, It's actually quite a bit better than I expected with no front sway bar and a really stiff rear sway bar. I haven't had any issues with it, don't regret it at all.

Update? well... NO TRACTION. While I plan to push the setup and make as much power as the G4 will produce, I dont see how I can use it on the street. I've already done the BMR drag suspension with strange coilovers, wilwood brakes, 325/50/15 MT ET R tires at 16psi cold, and installed a larger pulley to lower the boost until I get the suspension working. But damn, it just wont hook.

I'm going for a drag alignment and possibly pulling the front swaybar.

If you like gadgets, check out the N2MB WOT box. cheap fun. Nothing like WOT rips to get groceries, lol.

Once January rolls around I get a whole new set of Vacation days, plus an extra week this year! Wooooot! So I should find some car time. I'm planning to do a private track rental to figure this thing out, or snap my axles. Whichever comes first.

Thanks for the compliment, I finally figured out my cam specs, I am having Cam Motion grind it for me. I like your heads, I think I will look into them, do they use standard LS3 parts?
Good luck my friend!

Yeah I was surprised how little a difference the front sway bar not being in made in terms of street handling.

I have to agree. I just mine out the other day and cant really notice any difference. Didnt fix my weight transfer problem tho. This car has a rebuilt title, i got it for cheap. The front driver side looks to have hit a curb and decent speed. Looking at my strut tower mounts i can see they aren’t even. The swaybar was also bent a little. Im leaning towards a set of coilovers up front. I like the price on the QA1 single adjustables.

Any reviews out there??

If you want weight transfer then consider getting some Lakewood 90/10's. I am running these on my car and with a little goose you can feel the front pop up and rear squat.

I ran them 15 years ago on my foxbody. I wasnt sure if there was something better these days or not. Since i have the strange DA’s coilovers in the rear I figured I’d stick with a coilover. I did a quick search last night and it looks like i should run a double adjustable up front as well. Price jumps up quite a bit for that second level of adjustability.

Ive got a dyno appt in 2 hours. Lets see what the G4 can do...

20.5 pounds of boost, 20 degrees of timing. 75% ethanol. Air filter in place. There are a few places down low where the tune could use a few % more fuel, but I think its safe to say, this is about the most I’m going to make on this kit.
The TMS 427 was asking for more. Lol

Outstanding! Time to change your signature....1000 rwhp at 6100rpms is no joke. That 427 breathes deep.

Really happy for you.

Thanks Dan! The thing wants to kill me.

Thanks to Ted Jannetty also. He set me up with a great Flex fuel tune on the 427 and G3X. I didn't rehire him to retune this blower, but that's only because I've been learning along the way, and the tune was so close, i felt I could handle it. I just pulled 1 degree of timing and adjusted the maf by a few % in some areas. I'm sure he could have made me some more power, but I'm happy with the outcome Thanks Ted.

Yes sir if you had a turbo or F-1X set up the car would easily make 1300 hp.
