The cars loved that cool weather. I think everyone had personal best. Christine, Ray, Clark and even the Rustang (sorry Jason) were kicking ass. Hope y'all have similar conditions next month. I won't be there. Won't get back till at least the week after. I'd be worried that Ray will catch me but lucky for me it'll be a different course. See y'all tonight.

I should have new sways installed by then. Can't wait to hit the new course. It looks fast.

Last night was a good time. Was cool to see that many Camaros together. Anyone have any ideas for next weekend before mp51998 leaves? Maybe a bbq?

Don't think we'd be able to do a BBQ type deal but probably would be able to meet up in the evening. Will keep checking to see what the plan is.

Alright all, a couple of weeks ago I mentioned that I would be interested in a track day. Today I called Harris Hill Raceway which is just outside of San Marcos. They have a 'mini school' that includes classroom instruction, track time w/instructor and hot laps. Takes about three hrs and runs 250 per vehicle. Then for and additional 150 per vehicle we could do a half day rental for more track time. Sounds expensive but is way cheaper than a membership plus let's us find out if we want to continue on a road course and sharpen our AutoX skills. They would need approx. 2 week notice and the class would be thurs-sun so we could schedule around people's time off. There is no minimum amount of vehicles or maximum. They would need a number to ensure the right amount of instructors.
Since I have kids I asked about the facilities. They have place for the kids to hang out and watch us race. They are a kid friendly place according to the guy I spoke with. So if anyone has any interest let me know. I'm thinking late February or early March. That is flexible.
