Problem with OnStar

My On Star won't dial in ,for service, I know need a appt , to get it looked at ,

But does anyone know where all the wiring and hardware is located ?

Just making sure I did'nt do anything ,

I put a cover over the relay set and a cover over the heat sink ,

Making sure thats not an issue ,

Also had the back seat out to put seat covers on .

any info I would be greatful. thanks

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think most of the OnStar equipment is located behind the glove box.
