Synergy Green Molded Splash guards just painted - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Just got finished painting my gm molded splash guards for my SGM...i ordered the paint off automotivetouchup.com and was optimistic on how good i could get them too match but i was impressed how well they turned out! and the paint was cheap so thats always good!

I go to Sherwinn Williams and it takes them about 10 minutes to mix up a batch. One pint is $126.00. That is way more than you need for painting those. You can get their secondary for about 30 bucks but they do not guarantee it to match.

There is much more than just the color to match. The true mix even has gold (color) in it. The sparkle and the candy gold tint is what you usually lose with the cheaper paint.

Two quarts will paint a whole car.

Here they are on mine. Real easy to install too. About an hour and didn't have to take the wheels off. Just need to jack up the front a little to drill the bottom hole.

looks good my body shop has had my car for 2 weeks painting my spoiler good thing the weather has been crap.might go this route next time!

Thanks guys i havent put them on yet ive been pretty busy i plan on putting them on this weekend tho ill post a pic when i do...i ordered all the paint on automotivetouchup.com everything was pretty cheap i think i spent a little over twent bucks on the base coat color in a spray can..I ordered the plastic parts adehesive promoter, sand paper, and grey primer off there as well

First sgm ive seen with them and they look pretty good!!!

i have mine painted sgm and the front ones have a couple chips so i order some up paint and then install 3m protective film
