Bolts for cams 2010 Camaro v6

I'm getting upgraded cams installed and my mechanic said he read that I have to change the bolts that hold the cams and can phasers and crank pulley bolts do I need to get different bolts or can I use my original ones that I already had responses ASAP thank you

I have no knowledge about the V6's in theses cars, but some bolts on the V8 are torque-to-yield, so yes you should probably replace them to be safe, crank pulley for sure.

If your spending the money to put a new cam in a motor, the price for new bolts is peanuts. $3 on a new bolt beats the price of rebuilding a motor later for using Locktite on an old bolt you could have easily replaced.

I believe they are all torque-to-yield, so yes you should replace them.
