Help with CAI installation

Solution found, it was a 2010-11 CAI!

I thought the MAF was just swapped from the stock intake tube to the aftermarket CAI. Am I missing something?

I just Installed mine two days ago and it did not come with an adapter it just bolted right into the tube. It is a 69 Typhoon.

The 69 series Typhoon comes with the maf sensor mount welded to it's aluminum for either the LLT or the LFX maf, 10-11 and 12+ are two separate units. The 63 series Aircharger uses the same plastic tube for both the LFX and LLT but has an adapter for the correct maf sensor to be used on either car.

OP, I think the only way you're going to get it is to call k&n and maybe you'll get lucky and they will sell you one.

Who sold this to you without the needed parts?

Was this known during your transaction?

Contact member who sold it to you, chances are he might have forgotten to ship it. Second solution, GET YOUR MONEY BACK! or call K&N and pay more money for the missing piece, then ask member to refund the cost of adapter.
