Hey everyone. I'm gonna be purchasing a CAI in a week or two. I was wondering whst the best one is I could get with $400. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I read post after post on here for days and finally went with the CAI. I am very happy with it. Got it on ebay for $375 including shipping.

I got a spectre CAI on my 2010 installed myself. I don't know if there's a big difference in brands unless the design materials are different. And that I haven't did much research on $189 from auto anything on eBay

I myself will be going with Cold Air Inductions strictly for the design and small HP gains over Rotofab.

The Cold Air Inductions may give a little more HP than the Roto Fab but the CAI brand is hideous looking with that big plexiglass top...They should seal off the bottom and fill it with water and put some goldfish in it, looks like a aquarium....

K&N has always been my choice for the Camaro but the Roto Fab I have heard has been great.

Rotofab is definitely an amazing intake to be honest. Cold Air Inductions, Rotofab and I believe Varam are amongst the favorites out there...

Cold Air Inductions has a slight edge over Rotofab according to the numbers, but you can't really go wrong with either or.

In all seriousness, 4 out of 10 Camaro owners have Rotofab, the other 4 out of 10 have Cold Air Inductions, and the remainder are just random cold air intakes.

Rotofab definitely has some sexy setups though.

Is it worth spending the extra $100 to do the washer fluid container relocate ? Does it help that much ?

Sometime later Jannetty Racing (the author) added a cold air scoop/washer bottle relocate that added a good deal more hp to the CAI brand.

Design and materials do make a difference, but any of the favs you've seen mentioned here will not disappoint. Let your wallet be your guide!
