I'm getting a clear bra put on my car and the wifes the next couple weeks. It is a clear film that covers any part of the car you want. We are going to do the front end, under the door handles(nails scratch the paint), on the rear bumper(when you lay items on the bumper while you put items in the trunk WIFE GROCERY SHOPPING!!!). its pretty cool. Im having mine done in Richmond VA.

Get the clear bra. Make sure you find a respectable installer and I would stay away from the one's that are on EBAY. You get what you pay for if you know what I mean?

Clear bra is the way to go. I can't wait until I can get mine done. I had it on two other cars previously. You can hardly notice it unless you are up close and looking for it. Ultrashield does different kits. You can get just the front bumper done if that is all you are looking at doing. I know the local guys will actually come to your location and install it for you to if you can't or don't want to drop it off with them.

I'm being told $600.00. That sound right?

The place doing mine is a performance shop that has been in business for 15 yrs and have done all the work to my car performance wise. They just done a Saleen and it looked great.

$650 was what ultrashield quoted me for the front bumper, 1/4 hood piece and the mirrors. The local shop does a military discount and it brought it down to $585.
