Here is my time slip for my first my first run ever. Sport mode and TC on seemed the best combo, with TC off I got 14.3. Think I can hit 13.9xx if I work on my R/T or 60'?

Auto transmission.

Some bolt ons: RX 3/8th spacer, Roto-fab cai, trifecta tune, VMAX ported TB

Very nice run. R/T won't affect your ET. That 60' isn't bad at all for the mods you have. If you can get it down it will certainly help, though. All-in-all that was a good solid run, CONGRATS!

Thanks! So how does R/T benefit you? does it just tell you had a quicker reaction?

They had me up against a bolt on 2012 5.0 and I hear the announcer say "Well folks, you wanted a mustang versus camaro and now you got one." I was a little annoyed, lol. He only ran a 13.5 though, 13.6 maybe.

R/T counts in things like grudge matches and similar. You should always work on it, but it doesn't count toward your ET.

Yeah, putting a nearly stock V6 up against a new 5.0 doesn't seem like a fair comparision, but you represented well.

Nice run, that is a good 60' time for stock tires. AS mentioned the R/T is good to work on to prepare you for head to head racing. It has nothing to do with test and tune time and E.T's. Keep up the good work and you will see 13's for sure.

2.0 60' and a 14.18 1/4 with those mods is awesome. First time on the track too. Some people have all the luck I guess. Either that or a tune really is the magic beans my car needs. That and drag radials.

I've thrown every bolt on you can get for an LFX on this thing and I'm just now regularly getting into the 14.2 range. Entered my first Summit Super Series event in Valdosta on Saturday and got a new personal best of 14.11 and a 14.17 later but the rest was in the mid to high 14.2's and one 14.31 thrown in due to a weak shift into third (automatic). My 60's were consistenly in the 2.1 range all day.

One of these days I'll hit the mark and stop crying about it.

Blown motor right after passing the 1/8th, that's why the final trap is so low. It is not a misprint or timing error.

Next time we'll be sure to let everyone know. We were originally planning for Friday, but changed the plans when it looked like rain for Midnite Madness.

Thanks guys. I really enjoyed it, I can't wait to go back out.

Sorry I forgot to add I'm running 20" American Racing Daytonas with Toyo Proxes4. They are essentially stock though, I think the OEM 20" may be a few pounds lighter than my wheels actually

Yea I usually do TnT or MM, but not both. MM did get rained out like most thought, but it did get rescheduled to this coming Friday

Either way looks like you both had fun.
