Yeah as everyone else has said it is difficult at first, but after a couple days you start noticing improvement. Just practice practice practice and it won't be bad at all!

100% AGREED!!!!

I don't park mine in a single space when I take it out. I find a fairly remote area and try to take up as many spaces as possible, usually four. I also carry a Post-It pad and pen for the inevitable smart-ass that wants to park two inches from me in an empty 20 acre parking lot for jotting some friendly "reminders & suggestions" for the errant parker.

I will say that navigating some small streets with cars parked on both sides is interesting until you get a feel for the view out the windshield. As everyone else has said, practice makes perfect

But everyday after work I have to do a once over to make sure no one dinged or hit my car. BTW you and I both got our cars the same day
Just find a good parking spot, and you'll be all set

This is where I park(ed) at work. I found this gem of a parking spot and I love it! Best part is, this same spot is on every floor of the parking garage... so if it's taken, I just keep going up to the next one. It was pretty nerve-racking when I parked there the first time, but I got pretty good at it after a few tries.

I have been parking in a space like this with a curb beside the car but a 45 degree angle. The only way someone can park close enough to door ding me is if they park at an angle too, which is a dead giveaway that they mean to my car harm....and if that happens............

I mean, unless you want to get within like 1in of something behind you. However did people park before the park assist!!! lol Keep that kind of stuff on the high priced luxury cars I say. Sorry just my opinion.
You are just jealous it's not available on the Camaro. If you run over some little kid you would wish you had it.

How did people survive before power disc brakes, power steering, radial tires and air conditioning? Tire pressure sensors, MP3 players and power seats? Those are luxuries but they are on the Camaro.

It is definitely the hardest vehicle to park that I've driven. I've only got 650 miles and 4 weeks with it so far so hopefully I will get better, but you really can't tell where the ends of the car are in any direction! Never would have spent a dime on back-up chimes or cameras before but I wish my Camaro had something!
