You don't have to machine for a 2.55 but you do have to remove the front of the SC called the snout.

The snout is the support of pulley axle. isn't it?
How can I remove it?
Have you a picture of your installation?
Thank you!

I didn't take any when I did mine but if you search blower reassembly you will see all the video you will need to disassemble and reassemble the SC.

Thank you, Baer383!
I saw many videos and they machine the snout because the pulley has a very little diameter.
Can you take a pic of your SC now? Thank you!

I'm at work and the car is at home ,and I put Lingenfelter 2.55 pulley on mine and it has plenty of room but if you put the 2.38 from LPE then you will have to machine the snout.

Adm performance sells the 2.5 pulley with the hub that presses on. Works great. No machining required. Only the 2.38 requires the snout to be machined for clearance.
