You can run a larger H/E but its not needed with our Super Chiller unless you don't use your AC all the time. In cold weather you don't really need a larger H/E. A reservoir makes a big difference, I think the CTS V, ZR1 and ZL1 all should come with a reservoir. Roto-Fab has a ZL1 reservoir. ZR1 does have a little hidden reservoir but it should have anther one under the hood with a fill cap. We have a 2 part reservoir kit for the CTS V.

We added a Super Chiller dealer in Puerto Rico today and have a kit going to the UK Monday and already have Super Chillers in UAE, AU and South Africa. Christian in Puerto Rico is designing a ZL1 kit for us but my special offer for first ZL1installationn still stands. We have a great contact in Dubai willing to import Super Chillers that keeps the cost down.

Running down the passenger side of the radiator shroud, there is a white wire, a blue wire and a gray wire. The blue wire is for the low fan and the gray wire is for the high fan. I tapped into the blue wire.
On the SC coolant pump plug, if I remember correctly, wire 4 "Brown" was the wire I tapped into.
As for the switch, I used the hot lead "Bolt" that is in front of the fuse box. Placed a 10 amp fuse inline, then used one of the existing holes in the fuse box support bracket to mount the switch.
After driving the car, I always turn on the fan and pump for ~10 minutes after parking the car in the garage, just to cool it down before closing the garage door. Just to get rid of some of the heat out of the engine compartment. Anal? Perhaps.

Sure. I'll do the fan mod first.

Lower Temps May cause premature wear....FYI

http://autos.yahoo.com/maintain/repa...ques019_2.html

Certainly lower temps with proper tuning will improve performance, but it may cost you longevity.

The intercooler pump running extended would only cool down the temp of the air being drawn into the motor. Just fights the heat produced by the blower and the heatsoak that results from it
