Rolled 11K Miles Today...
She was built & framed on 4/22/2009, and she was delivered on 6/3/2009. When I ordered her on 10/13/2008, the excitement made me feel like a five year old that just gave Santa his Christmas list. As the post-order days and weeks went by, the excitement turned into a palatable anticipation. Somewhere along the way, the anticipation turned into frustration... then, I got "the call".
She's sexy and I still get chills when I press the gas pedal. Her drop dead gorgeous looks and satisfying roar make me feel like the big man on campus, every time I drive her around town. She's a daily driver and a nightly detailer, and to this day I still find myself staring at her like Tony Stewart in the Armour All commercial. She's a head turner and has been since the first time I drove her. Although there are a few more on the road these days, she's still turning heads, soliciting thumbs-up and pleasant waves, attention from crowds in parking lots and accolades from those that appreciate her caressable lines and muscular stance. She's fast but not fast like the girls I dated in high school, fast like the hotrod that I always wanted but could never afford. She's mean but not mean like a short boss w/a Napoleon complex, mean like a muscle car that can take you through an 1/8 mile in just over eight seconds and a 1/4 mile in under thirteen. She had 11,005 miles when I parked her at work this morning. What an incredible five months it's been. It's hard for me to believe that five months ago I turned her key for the first time, it still feels like yesterday. She's everything I ever wanted in a car and a whole lot more.

Got mine August 6th and just turned 196 miles last week, and probably won't be driving to much more with winter on the way.

You know the funny thing about this story is it is not made up because I feel the exact same way Had mine since July 1 only 2424 miles when I parked it this morning after a very enjoyable ride to work. I can see Dr Jkel from the window in my office. RJT and it is a nice sunny day about 65 degrees, can't wait for work to end, but she is gleaming in the sunlight. What an awesome car, absolutely awesome.
