Window tinting in Los Angeles
A young friiend of mine took his black 2010 SS to a tinting shop yesterday. The tint options he was given:
1. Will get a ticket for sure 2. Will probably get a ticket 3. Might get a ticket 4. Won't get a ticket He went with Probably. He's totally debaddged his car and wanted the black look all around Pretty funny way to descrive tinting options. LOL |

In my experience, tint is usually secondary to the primary offense (speeding). I had a Camaro that was tinted beyond the legal limit for years and I was never picked up for it.
If I was picked up, I'd roll my side windows down as soon as I could so the officer wouldn't think "gee, that's a really dark window...I can barely see the driver!" |

Any tint at all on the driver or passenger side is a ticket, but i still don't care i got 5% all around anyway cuz it doesnt matter what shade you get.

Have medium tint for years in L.A never been a problem, and tinted cars all over the place.But there is always a first time I guess
