clear bra install
Hello I am curious if any of you have attempted to install clear bra system on the new camaro? I am thinking about doing it to mine when it arrives, but was curious how much of a pain it is? I am looking @ 3M 8 Mil quality stuff not the lightweight crap. Thanks

I would recommend on the front at least. I waxed mine today and have noticed a few dings that I bet the 3m would have stopped.

I do not recommend doing this yourself. Yes there are some areas that are easy to do but the bumper kit is pretty difficult for the amature installer.

Even the pro's are saying its hard to do on the Camaro...

The Camaro isn't really that any harder than any other car, but the paint protection films are, in general, pretty tough to do right. I installed the clear bras, vinyl graphics, and tint for 10 years of my younger days and have to recommend professional installation. Unless you have pretty extensive experience with vinyl wrap or heat shrinking window film, it's not something you wanna tackle yourself.

Have a certified installer do it. I had mine back in a couple of day, only because the shop was busy with prior obligations. It eases the mind a little, to know that the paint is protected a little bit more.
