How Much Horsepower will Stripes add?
Wondering how much horsepower I will get if I add stripes. Or maybe Flames.

I would say at least 25hp. But if you add tint to the windows you could probably push out at least 100+ more.

I don't know because my SS came with rally stripes. I'm affraid to take them off though, I might loose power! Although my tinted windows should make up for it! Oh, and I heard that my hash marks are good for 15hp! Oh yea!

Stripes don't add horsepower, chrome valve covers do.

Add stickers from vendors also. It varies but are dyno proven for 2.3-5.6 hp depending on size and location of course

Actually stripes and flames take away HP, for every stripe you need to add 1 power adding mod just to get back to where you were before you added the stripe.
But debadging adds 10%.
